Our small group ministry has its roots in Acts 2:42-47, where we find the early church gathering in homes for instruction (“apostles teaching”), fellowship (intimacy and mutual accountability), worship, and prayer. God has gifted His people to minister to one another for mutual edification and the building up of one another.
At Westminster, we gather in small groups scattered around Delaware County. We meet twice a month (the second Sunday evening of the month and one other evening as chosen by the small group itself). Small groups provide our primary delivery system of pastoral care, ministry to one another, and discipleship. You do not have to be a member of the church body to be a part of any of our small groups.
